Critical Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you and JMFG Tools. By installing or using the software, you accept all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, JMFG Tools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Install and use the Software on ONE (1) device
Use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Receive updates and support as provided (if any)

2. License Restrictions

You expressly agree NOT to:

Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the Software
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software
Share your license key with others
Use the Software on more than one device simultaneously
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (copyright, trademark, etc.)
Use the Software for commercial purposes without written authorization
Use the Software to violate any laws or third-party rights
Circumvent or disable any security features or technical limitations

5. Payment & Activation

5.1 License Purchase

Windows License: $5.99 USD (one-time payment)
macOS License: $8.99 USD (one-time payment)

5.3 No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

Instagram account bans, suspensions, or restrictions
Dissatisfaction with results or performance
User error or inability to use the Software
Instagram platform changes affecting functionality
Technical issues or compatibility problems

7. Account Ban Risk - Critical Warning

⚠️ AUTOMATION CARRIES INHERENT RISKS

Using automation tools on Instagram violates Instagram's Terms of Service and may result in:

Permanent account suspension or termination
Temporary action blocks (hours to weeks)
Rate limiting or shadow banning
Loss of followers, content, or data
Inability to recover your account

BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES, INCLUDING PERMANENT ACCOUNT LOSS.

10. Software Obsolescence & Platform Dependency

🚨 CRITICAL WARNING: SOFTWARE MAY BECOME OBSOLETE

YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

This software depends entirely on Instagram/Meta's platform
Instagram/Meta may update their platform at any time WITHOUT NOTICE
Such updates may partially or completely BREAK the software
The software may become PERMANENTLY NON-FUNCTIONAL at any time
We have ZERO CONTROL over Instagram/Meta's platform, policies, or changes
We are NOT OBLIGATED to update or fix the software if it breaks
We may DISCONTINUE SUPPORT at any time without notice
NO REFUNDS will be provided if the software stops working

BY PURCHASING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT THAT IT MAY BECOME WORTHLESS OR NON-FUNCTIONAL AT ANY TIME DUE TO FACTORS COMPLETELY BEYOND OUR CONTROL. YOU ARE PURCHASING "AS IS" WITH NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUED FUNCTIONALITY.

11. No Guarantee of Performance or Results

WE MAKE ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEES THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL:

Work as described or advertised
Function on your specific computer or operating system
Remain compatible with Instagram after any update
Produce any specific results or outcomes
Work tomorrow, next week, or next month
Be supported, maintained, or updated in the future
Be free from bugs, crashes, or errors
Not cause problems with your Instagram account

BUYER BEWARE: You are purchasing automation software that interacts with a third-party platform. That platform has a documented history of breaking third-party tools. You accept this risk.
